Manage day-to-day communications with internal teams and agency partners on respective projects.Support and identify best practices which include business communication skills, process development and presentation, requirement gathering, digital marketing program design, testing, and implementation to strengthen BIAH's digital presence.Identify opportunities to automate, scaling limited resources, freeing up time for high value-added activities and thinking.Regularly pull and review analytics to provide reporting on campaign engagement and KPIs as well as insights that drive future enhancements to future campaigns, website UX, etc. Establish proper methods to quantitatively and qualitatively measure the customer experiences resulting from our digital marketing programs.Invent and analyze test and learn opportunities as well as on-going campaigns to drive results to scale into broader efforts across the digital product portfolio.Create marketing assets to support campaigns in partnership with in-house design and external agency partner teams and tools.(awareness, education, acquisition, conversion, loyalty, etc.) Own and manage channel content, ensuring it meets the needs of the target audience.Manage execution of digital media campaigns including social, programmatic online video & banners and search – from campaign creation to execution to analysis and optimization.Lead our direct to consumer email & SMS marketing Campaign development, strategy and execution to drive demand and maintain consumer loyalty. ![]() Maintain and advance our consumer websites in partnership with brand teams and agency partners including tagging, content management, UX updates and enhancing features & functionality.Responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and execution of the consumer digital marketing strategy to drive demand for our consumer brands/products.Working closely y with brand teams, global teams, IT and strategic partner agencies to lead the creation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive demand and engagement with our consumer brands. This role is responsible for developing and implement strategic digital marketing and communication plans to meet Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health's business objectives.
